Overview

I build small software better than Replit. A first-principles attempt to map an entire enterprise's state—from High-Level OKRs down to individual tasks and financial transactions—into a single, queryable relational database. Features a 50+ table schema handling Finance, HR, Product, and Strategy.

Key Highlights

  • Fractal Design: Recursive relationship between Goals, Projects, and Daily Actions
  • Automated Compliance: GDPR/SOC2 controls baked into vendor contracts schema
  • Financial Integration: Real-time 'Cost per Epic' tracking via transaction linking
  • Knowledge Graph: Decision logs linked directly to feature specs

Summary

On-page overview

This is a concise summary of the challenges, solution, and outcome for this project. Use the Case Study button above for the full deep dive.

The Problem

Startups die from entropy. Information gets siloed in Slack, Jira, Salesforce, and Sheets, making it impossible to answer simple questions like 'How much did we spend on that failed feature?'

The Solution

I architected a 'Fractal OS' where every data point is connected. A $10 Uber receipt is linked to a Trip, which is linked to a Client Deal, which is linked to a Quarterly Revenue Goal.

The Outcome

A single source of truth for the entire business. Zero data redundancy. 100% auditability of decision-making.

Team & Role

Solo Architect.
